Check-in is at 3 pm. Should your arrival be delayed after 18 o’clock, please let us know.

Price information
The indicated prices are per person and day including half board, for a minimum stay of 7 days. Not included in the price is the local tax of 3,20 € per person (from 14 years) and day.
Discounts & extra charge
- Single room use: price by arrangement
- In a Junior Suite all 3 people pay the same price
- Room with breakfast: 8 € deduction from the half-board price
- Lunch at the hotel: small menu
- Gala menu on New Year’s Eve: extra charge 50 €.
- Discounts for children
- Children up to 3 years: 25 € per day in the room of their parents
- Children from 3 to 12 years: 50 % in the room of their parents
- Children from 12 to 16 years: 30 % in the room of their parents
- Dogs: Little Dogs are allowed by arrangement, but only in certain rooms.
We charge 12 € per day/without food. Dogs are not allowed in the dining room. Please bring your own dog blanket or basket.
Booking conditions
Cancellation policy
Cancellations are always unpleasant – for you as well as for us. If you are unable to stay at the Hotel Villa Monica, we will try to sublet the cancelled room so that you do not have to pay any expenses. If the room cannot be rebooked, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Up to 4 weeks before arrival you can cancel the booked room free of charge.
- Up to one week before arrival we charge 70 %
- Within the last week 90 % of the total stay.
In any case, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, e.g. with the European Travel Insurance.
